I have gotten too busy to keep up with posting, and then I feel guilty.
I don't like guilty.
It makes me eat Oreos.
It has been a good few years, and I have loved reading your comments!
Thank you for your friendship and support, and for laughing with me when I thought I was going to crack.
May 2010 bring less stress to us all!

I'm so sad. Your blog always made me feel so NORMAL. You always say what I wish I could say and how I feel about life. I understand the stress. (hence no christmas cards this year) but I'm really going to miss reading your posts. It always put a smile on my face.

oh I'm so sad to hear that!! I was hoping "I'm retiring" meant from being a mom or something and not retiring from the blog. I guess you have your prioritites straight. :) I will so miss the laughs! Have a great 2010!

no shaunte! you can't leave us all! i totally understand your reasons ... but i think you should keep the blog, and just post when you can. no pressure, no guilt. just when you can. i know i still check in a few times a week ... and your posts are always worth it, no matter how few and far between they are :)

I am so sad that you are stopping your blog. I love your humor and will miss it a lot. I understand why you are stopping...it is a lot of work. I just started blogging and I can see that you have to plan it out and it is time consuming. I hope to see you on FB. Don't stop that.

how can you let them down? don't tell me that five kids is too much work - I know it all to well - just start blogging around 2-3 in the morning and than on top of no sleep {like me} you won't feel guilty about blogging!

Oh NO!!! I don't think I have ever left a comment, but have been reading your very funny blog for a few years. I am sorry to hear you are retiring. I enjoy it so much!! It is one of my favorite blogs. You have such a wonderful sense of humor. Take care, and please know that you will be missed.
